BIOGRAPHY

Passionate trail runner from the Bavarian Alps, now living in Austria. I moved to Innsbruck for my studies and never left, because I discovered a better version of myself through mountain exploration and running. Although not the fastest, I found my way into ultra running, conquering peaks in summer and practicing various endurance sports in winter. From running to cycling, ski mountaineering and cross-country skiing, I have transformed myself into an athlete I never imagined. My future goals include mountain projects and the UTMB World Series.

Quel est votre terrain d'entraînement préféré et pourquoi ?

Push myself to the limit in a big, planned mountain project and continue to run and explore the mountains when I'm older.

What advice would you give to your younger self just starting out in trail-running?

Faced with the challenges of trail running, the advice I would give my youngest would be to focus on the art of resilience. Cultivate your self-confidence, prioritize self-care and lean on the support of friends and family. In all situations, trust your instincts, get enough rest and take good care of your body.
