Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen fruit (pictured here are blueberries)
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 2 tbsp Näak cricket powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Fruit for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and top with the fruit of your choice (e.g. bananas, strawberries, or any other type of fruit)!
  2. Enjoy!
